ProcyonHook1.4 has been released, and is now available from both the downloads page - or, for those that already have ProcyonHook installed - as an automatic update upon connecting to the server. ProcyonHook1.4 adds support for the newly added clan property system, which allows clans to purchase bases, weapon platforms, and other upgrades for systems under their control. The clan database help page has been updated to reflect the new upgrade system.
In addition, we've corrected an issue that prevented the FLMM version of ProcyonHook from functioning correctly, and as such have added it back to the downloads page.
As a side note, we've found out that some unfortunate souls have decided to stage an attack on Tau-37, which is currently under Admin ownership for the time being... we welcome the attempt, and urge everyone on the server to aid them in their most-likely futile endeavor.
